Recently we've been rocked at work by two high profile resignations, now another senior manager has decided to throw the towel in. Things have gotten so bad that the atmosphere is positively poisonous and toxic. People are scared, and rightly so, as a nasty legal battle is looming on the horizon.
Soon, and after much thought and decision, I will be joining the exodus. Waiting for the most inappropriate time, so I can make a statement of sorts.
Sadly, I will just be one in a long line of rats deserting a sinking ship. From champs to chumps!
