The Wheel has begun to turn downwards at last

It's been a long time in coming, but the wheel has finally started on its enevitable downward turn. Things are going from bad to worse, and now the boss is starting to see what he has sown is coming back to bite him in the butt BIG TIME!!

It is sad really as the place I work in is such a beautiful setting, but like the apple in Snow White, it looks lovely, but is poisoned and rotten to the core. It saddens me that one man could so profoundly negatively influence and fundamentally change the environment, that it is slowly turning into a Narnia - cold and bitter!!

There is a litany of things that are happening that indicate a downward spiral, what remains is what the boss will do about it. Will he blindly and arrogantly plod along believing that all is well and will come right, or will he actually listen to some good advice for a change?

My money is on the first one!!
