There is not much that leaves me speechless these days. But when I got my one account today, I found myself staring in total disbelief and anger at the amount owing. Being one day late - yes one day, got me a penalty of R120. For someone like me who has been a regular and faithful account holder for the last 20 years of this particular store, it rankles me no end. Come tomorrow they are going to get a polite but forceful phone call from me in this regard.
