He's off

After a protracted and painful period. My darling Muhtafal is off to the Cape for x-rays to determine the nature of his pain. He hasn't been able to cover any mares for two weeks now, and has been in some pain from his injury.

So, he is off to the world-class Drakenstein Vet Clinic in the Cape to undergo some tests and x-rays to see what is the true nature of his problem, and most importantly, whether it can be fixed.

I am keeping fingers, legs and everything else crossed that they can find the source of the problem and relieve his pain. Otherwise, the thought of him having to be euthanized is unbearable, a piece of my heart would be gone forever!!
