Compliments

I am not used to receiving compliments in my line of work - especially where I work! So its really refreshing and quite touching when you get a genuine unscripted one. A client who I have been helping with various arrangements for his visit to South Africa, sent me a really nice email.
"Thank you for all your help, which I am sure goes beyond the mandate of your job. You are an example to others with your professionalism and kindness".
